Shipping is free when your order total is over $30. Smaller orders will be charged a shipping fee of $5. Most orders will be received within one week of the date they are placed. Next day service can be arranged if needed - contact us for rates.
Local pickup is available free of charge. We also deliver to Central Carolina Gym in Lexington, NC. Those options are available during checkout.
