Shipping is free when your order total is over $30. Smaller orders will be charged a shipping fee of $5. Most orders will be received within one week of the date they are placed. Next day service can be arranged if needed - contact us for rates.
Pickup is available at Salem Gymnastics Center in Winston-Salem, NC free of charge. That option is available during checkout.
